Scratch Golf recently acquired a new high street premises in Balham, offering an immersive golf simulator experience. Understanding that first impressions are crucial, they wanted to improve the appearance of the shopfront after the previous occupants had neglected the exterior.
The brickwork, stonework, shutters and window sills at the front of the property were tired and heavily soiled. We carried out a thorough jet wash and detailed hand clean to restore the frontage and give the building a fresh, well-presented appearance.
This exterior spruce-up has significantly enhanced the overall aesthetic of the premises, helping to create a more inviting shopfront that is far more attractive to passing footfall and prospective customers.
