This was a scheduled maintenance clean following the roof and patio works we completed last year. The customer had previously suffered from severe black spot staining, so we carried out a chemical treatment followed by a steam clean to safely lift the algae and stubborn black spots.
The treatment restored the patio’s appearance, leaving it clean, refreshed, and looking very smart once again.
