This job was awarded by a local estate agent while the landlord was between tenants. As the surface was block paving, we carried out a thorough high-pressure clean to remove built-up dirt, algae, and contaminants.
Once cleaned, fresh kiln-dried sand was brushed back into the joints to stabilise the blocks and help prevent future movement. This step is essential for maintaining the integrity and appearance of block-paved surfaces.
Regular driveway maintenance is extremely important, as neglected surfaces can become slippery and pose a safety risk for tenants. In addition, unchecked weed and root growth beneath the paving can lead to uneven surfaces over time.
