First Jet were called out as the property is slightly taller than average, and the client had experienced difficulties finding a contractor able to safely reach the required height. Using our 10m scaffold tower, we gained secure access to the roof and carried out the work safely and efficiently.
The client was experiencing issues with moss falling from the roof into the gutters, causing blockages and restricting water flow. We steam cleaned the roof tiles to safely remove the moss, followed by a full gutter clear to eliminate debris and ensure proper drainage. All downpipes were checked and confirmed to be free-flowing.
To complete the service, a professional biocide treatment was applied to the roof tiles to help prevent future moss regrowth, keeping the roof cleaner for longer and reducing the risk of further gutter blockages.
