At this block of luxury flats, we previously completed the driveway works last year and were invited back to carry out autumn maintenance, clearing leaf fall from the roof gullies and gutters.
During the inspection, we found three downpipes blocked, each caused by a single large leaf covering the outlet. This had led to stagnant water sitting in the gutters and overflowing down the building façade. Once cleared, normal drainage was immediately restored, preventing further water ingress and staining.
